It utilizes the hands to clear, energize and balance the human energy field placing you in a position to self heal.  Healing Touch promotes a sense of well-being, relaxes the mind and body, decreases anxiety, tension, and stress, relieves pain, accelerates wound healing, aids in preparation and follow up of medical treatments and procedures, and enhances spiritual growth and development. Healing Touch can help physical and emotional stress, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, migraine and stress headaches, injuries, pre- and post-surgical care, muscle tension, infertility and many more conditions. The client remains fully clothed during the session. A complimentary/adjunctive to traditional medical care, Healing Touch is endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association. About Ann Ann has over 30 years experience as a Registered Nurse and health educator working with people of all ages from helping infants enter into this world to supporting people through the dying process. Ann has worked in hospitals, clinics, research, long-term and hospice care .  She combines her skills as a nurse with her certification in Healing Touch and her training in Integrated Energy Therapy, Spring Forest Qigong, Hypnotherapy, Cellular Cleanse A Treatment for Fibromyalgia and Korean Hand Therapy to provide a customized treatment for each client. Ann’s life journey has taught her to listen to her inner voice and trust her intuition.
